CREATE A USER ACCOUNT ON YOUR SCHOOL SITE
Please click on Parent Fusion Guide on the side navigation bar to access the link to the Parent Registration Form.
Be sure to enter an email address, your name, a password you will remember.
Please enter the Unique Student IDs of your children, and their birthday. This will create your account, and automatically link you to your children.

Once you click the Click here to register button, you will receive an on-screen message confirming your registration.
On the left hand side under the mini-calendar, there will be a welcome message, you are now logged in and linked to all of your children.
VIEW ALL CHILDREN’S INFORMATION FROM A SINGLE PAGE
Under the Welcome box on the left, you will see a link that says “My Family”, which will give you a single page from which to view all your children’s homework, test dates, grades and other events. From here you can also click onto a class, club or team and email the teacher or coach. You do not need to create a separate account for each student or each school. You can use the My Family feature to consolidate all your children onto one page with one login.
CREATING CUSTOMIZED REMINDERS
You can also set an email reminder for your children’s homework, tests and events by clicking on the link that reads “Setup email notifications” under each child. An email containing all of that child’s homework due, tests scheduled and other events such as practices, games, club meetings etc. will arrive the day prior to the due date so that you can stay informed.
UPDATING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND OTHER INFORMATION
If you need to update your email address, log in (with the original email address or username) and click on “My Personal Settings” under the Welcome Box. Under the Email Address box, change your email address to the current one. You may also want to change the Username or Password here. After any changes are made, please be sure to click the change information button to save your changes.
VIEW STUDENT GRADES (OASIS)
Under the Welcome box on the left, you will see a link that says My Family, which will give you a single page from which to view all your students’ grades. If you have questions about grades or assignments, please contact the course teacher. Do not contact the webmaster about student grades. OASIS provides a snapshot of the teacher’s current gradebook. The report card printed at the school is the official documentation of student grades.

To see detailed information about each class, click on the course name on the tab at the top of the page. Once there, you can choose which quarter to see assignments for in the drop down box at the top of the screen.
Teachers post a minimum of one grade a week to OASIS. Gradebook data is uploaded each evening during the school week regardless of when teachers update their gradebooks. If you have questions about grades or assignments, please contact the classroom teacher.
